Free Open Graph checker
Enter a page. See its Open Graph and Twitter card tags, and what is missing before you share the link.
What this tool checks
- og:title, og:description, og:image, og:url and og:type
- The Twitter card type
- A preview of the share card
- Whether the image address is a full web address
Why it matters
Open Graph tags decide the title, description and image shown when someone shares a link on social networks and chat apps. Missing tags mean the platform guesses.

How to read your result
- Each tag shows Good when it is set and Fix when it is missing.
- The preview approximates a shared link. Each network draws it a little differently.
- og:image must be a full address that starts with https://.
- The Twitter card tag tells X how to draw the link. Without it some apps use the Open Graph tags.
Common problems and fixes
- No og:image. Add an image of about 1200 by 630 pixels.
- og:url differs from the page. Point it at the canonical address of the page.
- An old preview still shows after you fix it. Networks cache previews. Refresh the link in the network debugger tool.
- The image is not a full address. Use an address that starts with https://.
