Refund Policy

The short version

• Try SEOSage free for 14 days, no card needed.
• If you subscribe and it is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.
• Cancel any time. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Free trial

You can use SEOSage for 14 days without paying and without entering a card. Nothing is charged unless you choose to subscribe.

Refunds

Monthly plan. If you ask within 14 days of your first payment, we refund that payment in full. After that, we do not refund the current month, but you can cancel so you are not charged again.

Yearly plan. If you ask within 14 days of your first payment, we refund it in full. After that, we do not refund the rest of the year, but you can cancel so it does not renew.

Renewals. If a plan renews and you did not mean it to, email us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it.

How to cancel

Email [email protected] from the address you used to pay, or use the cancel link in your payment receipt. Cancelling stops future payments. You can keep using SEOSage until the end of the period you already paid for.

How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] with the email address you used to pay. Refunds go back to the original payment method. How long they take to show up depends on your bank or card provider.

Purchases through other marketplaces

If you buy SEOSage through a partner marketplace, that marketplace’s own refund policy applies to the purchase.

This policy does not take away any rights you have under the law where you live.
