Cookie Policy

What cookies and similar tools seosage.co uses, why, and how to choose. Last updated: 2 October 2026.

The short version

  • Only this website uses cookies. The SEOSage desktop app does not.
  • If you click Accept, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity set cookies to count visits and record how the site is used. If you click Decline, they set none.
  • We may show ads for our own products. Advertising cookies and pixels are used only after you click Accept.
  • You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page.

What are cookies

Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser. Some websites also use similar tools, such as your browser’s local storage or small counting scripts. We use the word “cookies” for all of these on this page.

Your choice

The first time you visit, a notice asks you to Accept or Decline. In the EU, the UK and Switzerland, analytics stays off until you accept. In other places it is on unless you decline. Your choice is remembered in your browser. To change it, click Cookie settings in the footer.

Tools that do not use cookies

A few of our analytics tools, such as Cloudflare Web Analytics, count page views and where visits come from without using cookies. We checked this site and saw no cookies from them. They run whether you accept or decline, because they do not identify you.

Google Tag Manager loads our tools. If you decline, Google Analytics sets no cookies, but Google can still receive a limited signal that a page was opened, without cookies or personal identifiers (this is how Google Consent Mode works).

What we do not use

  • No advertising cookies or pixels unless you click Accept. Your crawl and Search Console data are never used for ads.
  • No cookies on the feature request form. It only keeps a short-lived count on our server to stop spam.
  • No cookies in the SEOSage desktop app.

More about the providers

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works without them.
