Check one page, not the whole site. Paste one page, or up to twenty-five. No project. No full crawl. Each page shows up as soon as it's checked, biggest problem first. Then copy it, or export. Start your fourteen-day free trial at seosage.co.
See each page as soon as it is checked
Use it to re-check a page after you change it, or to look at a few pages without waiting for a whole-site crawl. Click Page audit in the left sidebar, under Projects. It works on its own, so you do not need a project. Each page shows its status code and its issues, most serious first.
1 error · 1 warning · 1 notice
/old-pricing/Visitors and search engines hit a dead end. Links to it waste ranking value.
/blog/site-audit/Page has no meta description
/blog/site-audit/The page has Open Graph tags but is missing og:image.
What it checks on each page
- Page basics: Titles, meta descriptions, headings and thin content
- Social tags: Open Graph and X cards
- Indexing and language: Canonical, language and hreflang, and structured data
- Redirects and files: Redirects, redirected and oversized images, scripts and style sheets
- Security and response: Security headers and the response status
- Links on the page: Each link is asked about once, up to 60 for each page, and reported as a link to a broken page or to a redirect. Links to other websites are checked too
- Local sites: Addresses such as localhost, 127.0.0.1 and .test work, like in a normal crawl
What it does not do
Page audit checks only the pages you paste. It does not follow links and does not crawl the rest of the site, so the checks that need the whole site are not included: orphan pages, duplicate content, sitemap and robots.txt checks, the other-address-versions check and change tracking between crawls.
Results stay on the page and are not saved into your projects. A project's saved crawl never changes. For the whole site, use the SEO crawler.
What an issue looks like
Each issue is tagged Error, Warning or Notice. The most serious one starts open and explains why it matters and how to fix it:
- 404 Client Error (Error). Why it matters: visitors and search engines hit a dead end, and links to it waste ranking value. Fix: restore the page, or redirect (301) it to the closest relevant page, and update or remove the internal links that point to it.
- Missing Meta Description (Warning). Why it matters: meta descriptions influence click-through from search, and without one engines write the snippet themselves. Fix: write a unique description of 140 to 160 characters that summarises the page.
- Open Graph tags incomplete (Notice). Why it matters: when someone shares the page, Facebook, LinkedIn and others read these tags to build the preview, so missing ones give a blank or wrong preview. Fix: add the missing og: tags in the page head (title, type, image and url).
How it works in three steps
- Paste your pages. One address or up to 25, one per line. Extra text is cleaned up, so only the addresses are kept.
- Watch the results arrive.Three pages are checked at a time. A counter shows progress, such as Checked 3 of 15.
- Read, copy or export. The most serious issue of each page starts open. Copy the report as text, or export CSV, Excel or PDF.

Questions about this check
What is a page audit?
A check of only the pages you choose. Paste one page address or up to 25, and SEOSage runs the page-level checks of a normal crawl on those pages and lists the issues of each one.
How is it different from a crawl?
A crawl starts at a site, follows links and checks every page it finds. A page audit checks only the addresses you paste, does not follow links and does not need a project. Checks that need the whole site, such as orphan pages, duplicate content and sitemap checks, are not included.
How many pages can I check at once?
Up to 25, one address per line. There is no other page limit. It uses the same licence as the rest of the app.
Does it follow links on the page?
No. It checks only the pages you paste. It does ask about the links on each page, once each and up to 60 for each page, and reports links to a broken page or to a redirect. Links to other websites are checked too.
Can I export the results?
Yes. Copy the report as plain text, or export CSV, Excel or PDF. The files are laid out like the SEO audit checklist: Page, Area, Check, Priority, What we found, Why it matters, Fix, Status, Owner and Notes. Excel and PDF carry the SEOSage logo, or your own logo and company name if White-label reports is on in Settings.
Does it change my projects?
No. Page audit works on its own. Results stay on the page and are not saved into your projects, and a project's saved crawl never changes.
