What the Link strength page shows
- A score from 0 to 100: For every page, based on the links that lead to it and how strong those pages are
- Strongest or weakest first: Sort the list either way, and search it
- How many pages are strong or weak: Strong is a score of 70 or more, weak is under 20, and it counts weak pages that are in your sitemap
- Export CSV: Take the scores into a spreadsheet
Why it matters
Some pages get most of your internal links and others get almost none. A page with a low score is hard to find for visitors and crawlers. The fix is simple: link to it from your strongest pages.
The score uses links inside your own site only. It does not count links from other websites.
A typical fix
Four steps for a weak page:
- Sort weakest first and pick a weak page that is in your sitemap.
- Find two or three strong pages on the same topic.
- Add a link from each, using the page's own heading as the anchor text.
- Crawl again and look at the new score.

Questions about this check
What is link strength?
A score from 0 to 100 for each page on your site. It rises with the number of links that lead to the page and with the strength of the pages that link to it. This is the idea behind internal PageRank.
Is this the same as link juice or link equity?
It measures the same idea inside your own site: how much internal link value reaches each page. It does not measure links from other websites.
How do I raise the score of a page?
Link to it from pages that already have a high score, with clear anchor text. Pages with a low score and a place in your sitemap are the best ones to start with.
Do I need a new crawl to see it?
No. It is worked out from your latest crawl, so it also works on crawls you already have.
Can I export the scores?
Yes. Export CSV is on the page.
Is there a page limit?
No. SEOSage has no page limit.
